Airport Pick-Up:

• First 30 minutes complimentary waiting.
• Parking will be charged at cost.
• In the event of a cancellation – notice of 3 hours must be given.

Non-Airport Pick-Up:

• First 15 minutes complimentary waiting.
• In the event of a cancellation - notice of 2 hour must be given.
• A notice of 4 hours must be given for all transfers outside the M25 region.
